Food and Clothing
This service is available one time every three months (by appointment only). You must bring a bill in your name and your ID the appointment. Clothing is done on Wednesdays. To schedule an appointment, please call our office Monday through Wednesday from 9:30am-11:30am.
Financial Assistance
This service is available one time every 12 months (by appointment only). You must bring an ID and proof of income for every person in the household over the age of 18 to apply.
Utility Assistance: Must bring current BILL to appointment.
Rent Assistance: Must bring lease and “Landlord Letter” completed by your Landlord to the appointment.
Additional services include disaster relief, IDs/Driver’s Licenses, co-pays, doctor’s visits, cremations, etc.
Landlord Letter/Rental Assistance Form
You must have your Landlord complete and sign this form, and bring the signed form with you at your next appointment time.
Drivers License or ID Card Renewal Form
This form necessary if you need to replace a lost identification card/drivers license. Bring this form to the DMV behind the State Troopers Office on Skyland Boulevard and ask them fill it out. Make sure to bring the signed form to your next appointment.
